How our pricing works

Dijon Platform asks your donors to cover the processing fee of 5%
If they agree to cover the processing Dijon Platform charges an application fee of 1%
The rest of the processing fee goes to covering payment processing fees from Stripe, PayPal etc
If your donor chooses not to cover the processing fee Dijon Platform does not charge a fee

All features are included but we charge £249/month for our optional custom templates feature

This is because our custom templates feature costs us more to provide.

Support

We provide Customer Support for Dijon Platform for free.

Free support is offered via Online Chat with an SLA of one working day. If your organisation will need a quicker response or even someone on the end of a phone, that's absolutely fine, please visit the Contact Us page and we can discuss your requirements further.

Support for developers implementing custom templates is charged at £75/hour.

Do you charge set up fees?

We do not charge set up fees.

What if donors decide against covering processing fees?

We do not charge an application fee on the donation when a donor decides not to cover the processing fees on a donation. You will still be charged payment processing fee by your payment provider. Remember, when covering the processing fees, your donor is covering both the Dijon Platform and payment processor fee. On average 95% of donors cover the processing fee. Donor feedback tells us they appreciate the upfront nature of how our platform asks them to cover the fee rather than hiding it away.

Can we use both Stripe and PayPal?

You can use Stripe, PayPal or PayFast. You can use all three or any combination of them. You can also use different Stripe or PayPal accounts for different countries or campaigns.

Do we need our own Stripe or PayPal accounts?

Yes you must use your own Stripe and PayPal accounts. We cannot allow you to use our Stripe or PayPal accounts due Anti-money Laundering (AML) policies in the UK.

How do you bill us?

Application fees are automatically taken by the payment provider when payment is completed. You will not receive a bill, the fee will show up as a processing fee in your Stripe or PayPal report.

If you use PayFast we will bill you with the fees weekly.

If you choose our custom templates service or ask for a custom support arrangement we will bill you monthly in advance.
